QualifyAbroad (“we”, “us”) helps people assess relocation and visa options. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We collect only what we need to provide the service.
Information we collect
- Profile details you enter for the eligibility check (nationality, age, education, profession, experience, language level, budget, goals). You can use the free check without an account.
- Account information if you register: your email and a securely hashed password.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our providers (Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments). We do not store your card or wallet details — only a record that a payment occurred.
- Usage data: basic analytics (pages viewed, device/browser) to improve the site.
How we use it
- To compute your matches and show your personalised results.
- To create and secure your account and dashboard.
- To process the report fee and provider listings.
- To improve the service and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (payment processors, hosting, analytics), and only as needed. If you choose to contact a listed provider, you decide what to share with them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Where applicable (e.g. UK/EU), you have rights under data-protection law including access, rectification, erasure, and objection.
Retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), and access is restricted.
