The detailed report is a digital product delivered instantly on payment. Because the full content is unlocked immediately, it is generally non-refundable once accessed.
That said, we want you to feel the fee was fair. If the report failed to unlock, was unavailable due to a technical fault on our side, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
What the fee is — and isn't

Fees paid by providers to be listed are governed by the separate provider agreement and are handled case by case.
